REFUND POLICY

INDIVIDUAL SUBSCRIBERS

Subscribers who are members of the Malaysian Bar with current individual (personal) subscriptions with CLJ having a subscription period of six (6) months or more remaining on their subscription packages, calculated from the date of migration to the new CLJ Essential Plus package, may apply for early termination of their existing subscription contracts whereby subscription fees already paid will be refunded on a pro-rated basis less any fees in arrears and Sales and Services Tax (SST), and an applicable administrative fee of RM100 per ID.

The refund pay-out will be made within ninety (90) days from the date of receipt of the refund application from individual subscribers.

LAW FIRM SUBSCRIBERS

Subscribers with current legal firm (business) subscriptions with CLJ having a subscription period of six (6) months or more remaining on their subscription packages, calculated from the date of migration to the new CLJ Essential Plus package, may apply for early termination of the subscription contracts whereby the subscription fees already paid will be refunded on a pro-rated basis less any fees in arrears and Sales and Services Tax (SST), and an applicable administrative
fee of RM150 per id.

The refund pay-out will be phased across 150 days from the date of receipt of the refund application from subscribing firm based on the following schedule, a sum of 40% to be paid in ninety (90) days and thereafter, the remaining sum to be paid in two (2) equal percentages of 30% in 120 days and 150 days.
