Dr. Norlizah Mokhtar is an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and a partner at M/s Nashili & Co. She obtained her LLB (Hons) degree from the University Teknologi MARA, LL.M in Islamic Banking & Finance from the International Islamic University Malaysia and PhD (Law) from the International Islamic University Malaysia.

Previously she was a Magistrate in Bintulu, Sarawak. She is currently
doing Islamic banking works for Maybank Islamic Berhad, CIMB
Islamic Bank Berhad, Ambank Islamic Berhad, Bank Mualamat
Malaysia Berhad, Koperasi Pembiayaan Angkasa Berhad (Kopsya) et cetera. Her portfolio of Islamic banking works focuses on Corporate and Commercial Financing.
