The Syariah, as it is being separately implemented in the various state jurisdictions, affects and influences Muslims and Non-Muslims alike in ways that are both vital and far-reaching. And, with the Legislature now poised to pass uniformed Islamic Law legislation that seek to apply to wider jurisdictions within the States of Malaysia, the Syariah, doubtless, will assume different but more prominent roles in the legal landscape of the country. In accord with the development, the publication of appropriate legal literature becomes indispensably necessary, not only to the legal fraternity but also to the laymen in general.
The Malaysian Current Law Journal shares the sentiment, and is therefore proud to introduce its new publications on Syariah/lslamic Law as follows:
LAPORAN SYARIAH (Kes-Kes Terpilih) 2004 |

|
ISLAMIC LAW (Selected Cases) 2004 A compilation of 51 Islamic Law judgments from the Civil Courts 590 Pages RM220 |
