Supplementary Supply (2010) Bill 2010

An Act to apply a sum from the Consolidated Fund for additional expenditure for the service of the year 2010 and to appropriate that sum for certain purposes for that year.

ENACTED by the Parliament of Malaysia as follows:

1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the Supplementary Supply (2010) Act 2010.

2. Additional expenditure for the year 2010

The issue is hereby authorised of a sum not exceeding nine billion two hundred and sixty-four million eight hundred and fourteen thousand and eight hundred ringgit (RM9,264,814,800) from the Consolidated Fund for additional expenditure on the services and purposes specified in the Schedule for the year 2010 not provided for or not fully provided for by the Supply Act 2010 [Act A1361].
