Supplementary Supply (2009) Bill 2010
A BILL
intituled
An Act to apply a sum from the Consolidated Fund for additional expenditure for the service of the year 2009 and to appropriate that sum for certain purposes for that year.
ENACTED by the Parliament of Malaysia as follows:
1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Supplementary Supply (2009) Act 2010.
2. Additional expenditure for the year 2009
The issue is hereby authorised of a sum not exceeding six billion four hundred and seventy-three million eight hundred and four thousand and nine hundred and sixty ringgit (RM6,473,804,960) from the Consolidated Fund for additional expenditure on the services and purposes specified in the Schedule for the year 2009 not provided for or not fully provided for by the Supply Act 2009 Act A13401.

EXPLANATORY STATEMENT
This Bill seeks to provide for the issue from the Consolidated Fund of a sum of six billion four hundred and seventy-three million eight hundred and four thousand and nine hundred and sixty ringgit (RM6,473,804,960) for the services and purposes specified in the Schedule for the year 2009.
