Telemarketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• You will be required to introduce and promote the company's products and services via telesales, meet assigned sales targets & KPI's, provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of service and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

• Candidates must posses at least a Diploma in Business, Marketing, Law or Information Technology.
• Candidates without the above qualification but with working experience in Telesales / Telemarketing will be considered.
• Experience in selling publication products or subscription service will be an added advantage.
• Must be of pleasant personality, confident, dynamic, result oriented and self-motivated .
• Fluent in Microsoft Office Applications (Word / Excel)
• Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia, both written and oral.
