Telemarketers
(Selangor - Ampang)

Responsibilities:

• To solicit prospect via telephone
• Calling potential and existing customers for outbound calls to assist in generating sales (DATABASE OF POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS WOULD BE GIVEN).
• Highly motivated, independent and result oriented.
• Customer oriented and able to interact with various levels of people.
• To fax or mail out the application form/brochures to prospect.
• To resolve respective customer issue that may arise before, during or after sales activities on a timely basis.
• To input customer information into Marketing Database System as their reference to follow up.

Requirements:

• Must be confident, enthusiastic, presentable, excellent communication skills, able to adapt to changes fast, highly motivated, able to handle pressure, able to achieve targets set, with an attractive and highly likeable personality.
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
• Required skill(s): Conversational English, excellent telephone etiquette and good computer knowledge.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ampang.
• Fresh graduates/entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Malaysian citizen only.

* Fixed basic salary of RM1200 plus sales incentives.
* Contract one (1) year
* Working hour 9am- 6pm (Monday-Friday)
