Pay
Yearly - once a year. There are substantial discounts on the annual
cost if you use this option and these fees are payable in advance. For
renewal of access you will be invoiced at the end of your current subscription year. |

The total cost depends on the number of users in the firm or corporation.
All accounts are invoiced for renewal before expiry. If the invoice is
not paid within the original account duration the account is suspended.
There is no penalty for renewing a suspended account.

Other Account Charges
There are no other charges by CLJLaw other than the fees above. These fees are payable in advance and include the account set up and account keeping fee. |

Monitored Usage CLJLaw has installed security features to prevent and detect breaches of terms and conditions of this service. Usage of this site is monitored. Each 24 hours all user logs are reset for the next day. Users can check their own usage at any time. Both the sharing of passwords and accessing beyond legitimate legal research are prohibited and excessive use may result in your account being suspended. CLJLaw keeps its prices low and in return expects members not to abuse this service. Please consult the Terms and Conditions of use for the details on this matter. |

Payment Payment is in Malaysian Ringgit if you are resident in Malaysia. (Out side Malaysia - please pay in USD $600.00 for one user, effective 1 January 2006. Payment can be made by credit card, cheque or bank draft. |

Account Holders
These accounts are for local and overseas Law Firms, Corporations, Universities and Government Departments and individuals. Students should use the University Account (if available) or contact us about setting up a discount student account. |

One password per user
A password is to be used only by the user allocated it. Disclosure or use of a password, other than to the person to whom it is allocated, is a breach of the contract with the CLJLaw. Security features on our server are able to detect multiple use of a password. Disclosure of a password allows others to view, alter your account records, and may result in your account being suspended due to excessive usage. |

| Changing passwords Is allowed and can be done on-line. |

Changing Usernames
Is not allowed - we can only delete a user's account. Usernames can be altered only be rejoining the service under a new account. |

Duration of Accounts
All accounts last one calendar year from the date of commencement. The account starting time starts from the day cljlaw sends you the password. Accounts are suspended at the end of the term based on a calendar year unless the next payment is received within the term of the account. For example an account starting on 31 May is suspended on 1 June the following year unless payment is received before 1 June. Notice will be given by email or fax when you account is due to be suspended. |

Renewing a suspended account
Simply complete another application form (you can change the payment option for the account or change your username if you wish) and tick the box indicating that you have had a previous unlimited access account. |

Please Note: There will be a reactivation charge for all suspended accounts that exceed 60 days. The charge will depend upon number of days of expiry and is at the discretion of CLJ Legal Network |
